Sweet Trailers...

Enjoy Cupcakes

Well, that is a no-brainer, right? But serving cupcakes from an adorable vintage trailer? Well, that idea is the brainchild of Enjoy Cupcakes owners, Amber Joy and Kevin Vander Vlietwhere. Serving both the Santa Ynez and Santa Barbara Counties, the appeal of this business model is a sweet success!

And surely only Kansas can have a gem like this:

Fresher Than Fresh Sno Cones,  located in Kansas City, serves up 100% natural sno cones. So not only do they cool you off, but they are actually good for you, too!
And one in my neck of the woods, sort of, is this veggie stand on Prince Edward Island. Step inside and select your favourite farm fresh veggies:
Doesn't food just taste better when it is served up with a dash of sweetness and charm?!

Have you any nostalgic travelling shops in your area? Does the ice cream man still coast down your street or pedal up with his cooler filled with icy treats?

Do tell...!

  1. When I was in Texas for antiques week, we stopped for lunch at a vintage airstream trailer. Loved it! And that little blue trailer you show is adorable. Wish it were mine! One of my best summer memories when my kids were little was them running to the ice cream truck as it rolled down our culdesac. Ah, those were the simpler days...

  3. Mmmm, you're making me hungry! A few block from me, right on the river, is an ice cream shop that only serves in summer and only out the window. So everytime you drive by there are throngs of line-ups, always reminds me that summer is here!

  5. The ice cream truck still comes through our neighborhood but it is scary...the trucks are always beat up pieces of junk with a scary guy driving...I wonder how safe it is.

I wish the snow cone place was in KC when I lived there...that is absolutely adorable! We have a yummy shaved ice place not far from my kids school. It's a popular destination in summer.

I also have a vintage travel trailer 'the pearl'...www.vintagecottagecamper.blogspot.com OUr family uses it to go on our many trips to the sea.

  11. Oh, so adorable! We don't have anything like that in my town, but I wish we did! Or maybe not--because then I would be there every day and my hips would not like that! :-)
