My good friend Chris, from Just Beachy, sent me over a great link a few weeks ago. She is well aware of my love of campers, and decking them out in pretty fabrics and charm - though my own doesn't even begin to touch this beauty. It's a good thing, I guess, because if it did, I'd have to sell the house and move in. Not sure where the rest of the family would stay...

Because I'm a good mother, I'd invite them all over to have S'Mores, I guess. We'd sit on these chairs and then off they'd go.
I knew it would come to me: they could live in our present camper!!

How cool would that setting be for a lazy afternoon tea with the girls? And so retro looking. Wonderful! Jane T.
ReplyDeleteYes. This looks like the perfect get-a-way! And you are a good Mother. I don't think I'd even invite them over for 'smores. The perfect Mom's Only Get-a-way.:)
ReplyDeleteI saw this a few weeks ago and had dreams of a modern Gypsy-esque caravan lifestyle. The fabrics are so fun!
ReplyDeleteOh my, this little camper is just toooo cute. I love it. I can't even begin to imagine how someone thought of all the pretty things in there. Just gorgeous. Hugs, Marty
ReplyDeleteYummy!
ReplyDeleteYou'd let your kids sit on those pretty chairs with melty, sticky s'mores?!! You might want to rethink your refreshments. Or walk the s'mores over to THEIR camper.
ReplyDeleteActually I don't like camping but this is gorgeous!!!
ReplyDeleteMore 'dollhouse charm' than a doll house for goodness sake! Sooooooooo cute! (My ass is bigger than it is!)

This is a dream come true! I love this camper! I think even if you didn't use it camping but for a place away from the house for reading blogging or coffee with a friend it would be great! Like a grown up girls fort! lol Just driving around I see these old traliers backed into peoples woods and left..What a shame! Even if you can't move it Redo it I say!

LOVE this!My husband is an Aussie and him and his family would go to a caravan park every summer which at first I thought was kind of , well cheesy(sorry), but when I visited the place a couple years ago I could see why they loved it so much, it was literally steps from the ocean and for a fraction of the cost of a high end resort...there is beauty in the simple life!
ReplyDeleteThis is the ultimate "downsizing!"
ReplyDeleteI love it!
What a Sweet Camper...so Girlie, I just love it...would have to be a place just for me...dont think I could get my over 6ft tall hubby in there. :D
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing. ~~ Connie
My dream is to have a cute little vintage camper in my backyard as a guest/summer house.
ReplyDeleteI love this camper...my daughter could stay when she comes home to visit! Cottage Living did an article on women who camp and showcased their great, personalized campers...I'm sooo glad I kept the issue...now I wonder what other wonderful things they had in store for us? Maybe they will bring the magazine back when times improve...and they will...I was a little girl in the gas crunch of the 70's, a young mother in the recession of the 80's and now I'm 48 and this too shall pass...it takes people of optimism and joy for life to turn the tide...and women like us embrace change...and cool camping!
ReplyDeleteMary Frances
